Why Manufacturing businesses choose Dynamics 365
Manufacturers often plan in spreadsheets, track stock in one tool and keep finance in another. The result is late orders, excess inventory and margins nobody can trust until month-end. Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central brings production, purchasing, inventory and finance into one system, so every department works from the same numbers.
Winzi Technologies implements and supports Business Central for make-to-stock, make-to-order and assemble-to-order manufacturers. We start with your routings, bills of materials and costing rules, then configure the system, migrate your data and train your team.

Challenges we help Manufacturing teams solve
The problems we hear most often, and what changes once your data lives in one system.
Planning and finance are disconnected
Production plans live in spreadsheets while costs sit in the ledger, so product margin is guesswork.
Shortages and overstock
Missing materials stop lines, while excess stock ties up cash and warehouse space.
Unclear true product cost
Labor, machine time and overheads are not traced back to each production order.
Delivery dates are estimates
Sales cannot see capacity or stock, so customers get promises the shop floor cannot keep.

Dynamics 365 for manufacturing: common questions answered.
Does Business Central support manufacturing?
Yes. The Premium edition includes manufacturing features such as production orders, bills of materials, routings, capacity planning and supply planning. The Essentials edition covers finance, sales, purchasing and inventory. We help you choose the right edition during discovery.
Can you migrate data from our current ERP or spreadsheets?
Yes. We migrate items, BOMs, vendors, customers, open orders and opening balances, with test loads and reconciliation before go-live so the numbers match.
How long does an implementation take?
It depends on scope, the number of locations and how much customization is needed. We agree phases and a timeline after a discovery workshop rather than quoting a generic number.
Do you support us after go-live?
Yes. We provide support, maintenance, extensions and user training after go-live, so your system keeps up with changes in your business.
